Summer shearing

Its time to shear the Blue Faced Leicester and the Wensleydale sheep.  I have arranged with Gwen to shear around 30 sheep.  Nine of them will be this years lambs, the rest will be the BFL/ Wensleydale crosses and Romneys that have fleeces so nice I don't dare leave them on any longer.   I have a 3 black lambs and 6 white lambs that will be shorn.  These will be premium fleeces.  Our first lamb fleeces from Wendell our Wensleydale ram.

If your interested in a fleece, speak up, I will be offering them to hand spinners first!!
